Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable or consumable goods
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital goods
- Intimate, sanitary, or personal care products
- Hazardous materials (if applicable)
- Used or opened personal-use accessories (e.g. glassware, tools)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the product manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable):
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Returns received after 30 days of delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or card provider (processing times vary)

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if defective or damaged. For an exchange, email blazinhigh.business@gmail.com and return the item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the return. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. BlazeInHigh is not responsible for items lost in transit.
